Ecclesiastes 3:11

“He maketh everything beautiful in its time; also He hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.”

All that has been created in this world is vanity and the love and pursuit of it is worse than without value yet this is what Solomon set his heart to know. He was not prohibited in his experiencing everything of the vices of man and the pleasures of the flesh and because of this expertise, he was qualified to say it was all of no value. In this he is a type of our High Priest who can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities because he became flesh and experienced all the temptations, weakness and limitations of the flesh. He did not just read about them or know them as the creator of all things, but, He endured the contradiction of sinners against himself and was in ALL points tempted as we are, YET, without sin.

Solomon affirms that God established the season for every event and the time for the purpose to be accomplished. He further affirmed that God not only created man and outfitted him for the course assigned for him to walk, wherein each and every step is foreordained, accomplished and completed, but He also set the world in their hearts to prevent them from knowing the works of God. YES God created man incapable of knowing His work which is, “that ye believe on Him whom He sent” (John 6:29). This work is the deliverance and manifestation of His people whom He gave to His Anointed to be raised up at the last day and ALL that the Father gave to the Son, none of which has ever or will ever be lost, were raised with Him in the first resurrection. ALL were chosen in Him before the foundation of the world, All were drawn unto Him when He was lifted up and ALL have the everlasting love of the Father, wherewith He draws them.

But the natural man has the world in his heart that there can be no glory or excellence in man. “What glory (Excellency) is there in the man that works in the grievous labour he has been assigned?” Nothing!!!! When each and every vessel has completed the assigned tasks and the time of their habitation has ended, the only thing that can be said is, “we are unprofitable servants, we have done that which was our duty to do” (Luke 17:10). And why has God done this, so, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.” (II Cor.4:7).

ALL blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honour, power and might belong to the Lord God Almighty for He alone is worthy, for He has redeemed His people and washed them in His blood. His power in sovereign and He reigns over all the earth. He has blinded the hearts and minds of the wicked and encumbered the mind of His chosen with the cares and concerns of this world that they walk, not by sight, but by the imputed faith of the Son of God who loved them and gave Himself for them.

Therefore the whole duty of man is to love God and keep His commandments, which can only be done if the Spirit dwells within the earthen vessel being born from above. The flesh profits (glories) nothing and the exercise of that flesh profits even less.

Brethren, bear ye one another’s burdens for we are all made subject to vanity. Edify one another in the path to that building that hath foundations and comfort one another in the trials and tribulations which we endure alone the ordained path.

Your servant in Christ,
